We have chosen to equip the kitchen to allow you to cook as if you were at home! The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances: fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (capsules not compatible) and complete set of cooking utensils.

Room and bathroom

The suite has a queen-size bed, hypoallergenic memory foam mattress and pillows, and high-quality bed linen. In addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, also complete with linen and pillows.

There is the possibility of requesting a 5-seater thanks to the pouf bed or cot.

Each guest will be provided with 1 kit consisting of shower towel, towel, shampoo, shower gel and soap.

Bicycles

You can rent one of our bicycles to get around Grado, a town famous for cycling tourism.

If you have your own bike with you or are a cycle tourist, you can park your bike indoors, in our private storage room.

Accessibility

Access to the first floor of the apartment building is via a flight of stairs consisting of eight steps. Once on the first floor, there is a lift inside the building.

For those who need it, with prior request, we can activate the external lift from the street front to the first floor.

Please note that the building is also accessible to wheelchair users, but that the shower is not.
