Information

To get to the first floor of the apartment building, one has to climb a flight of stairs consisting of eight steps. Once on the first floor, there is a lift inside the building. For those who need it, with prior request, we can activate the external lift from the street front to the first floor. Please note that the building is also accessible to wheelchair users, but that the shower is not.

We are very sorry but we cannot accept dogs and animals at the moment. However, we can help you find the right dog sitter for your dog.

You can rent one of our bicycles to visit Grado, a town famous for cycle tourism.

If you have your own bike with you or are a cycle tourist, you can keep it in our private storage room.

Guests will have complete autonomy thanks to 24/7 self check-in. Please note: check in after 8 p.m. must be done independently. We do not provide assistance after that time.

By car:
As soon as you arrive in Grado, you will find yourself facing a roundabout, take the second exit towards Riva Z. Gregori, at the second roundabout go straight on for about 1 kilometre. As soon as you find the Hotel Capri turn right into Via A. Vespucci, take the first left and at number 83 you will find our facility.

The centre of Grado is a protected historical site, so it is a pedestrian area where traffic is restricted. You can easily reach the historic centre in 15 minutes on foot, walking along the seafront or through the Parco Delle Rose (where there are Grado’s marine thermal baths and a playground for children), or by bike, which can be rented through our facility, in 5 minutes. Another option is to take the TPL bus line 37, it runs every 30 minutes from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and stops a few minutes from the aparthotel Zefiro. The buses will take you directly into the city centre.
