Our 3 flats offer a unique and unforgettable holiday experience: they have recently been renovated paying special attention to furnishings, details and colours, because we believe that the architecture and the spaces we live in contribute to our well-being. From us you can buy local wines and rent comfortable bicycles to ride along one of Grado’s many cycle paths. Do you already have your bike with you? You can keep it safe in our bike depot. You just have to choose the flat that suits you best!

We have a wine cellar with a selection of wines from leading local producers, mainly still whites, sparkling wines and some reds. In addition, craft beers, always locally produced!

BIKES

In front of the hotel there is a handy storage room to store your personal bicycles or to use one of ours, subject to prior reservation.

SUNBED AND UMBRELLA

You can purchase beach passes with possible sunbeds and umbrellas by indicating this when booking.
